(solved) what is the name of this plug?

ok so i have this powered breadboard and it has a couple broken sockets and i cant seam to find anything that looks like this or what the heck the name is. :-//
so thought id post here and see any one wiser then me could tell me what the name of it is so maby to make it easier to to find.

it's like a 1X4 bread board. it has 2 solder pins and one jumper/ don't know what else to call it  :-// ., that runs from one end to the other end connecting all for sockets together as one.

no prob, my students break them off trainers all the time, I've replaced many. I think Digikey has them as well.

that's one of the places i  think i looked at. and dint see anything.
