X-ray image problem with CMDR-2ST Minxray

Hi all,

I'm newbie, today i'm facing with a problem relate to x-ray image processing when exposed some positions like: skull, supine chest. i tried to change alot of parameters of equipemt as Kvp, mAs, focus spot... but nothing change. And when analyze the picture, have striped area that i cant explain what is it and in that area have a blurred zone  .
Have any one have experiences with this phenomenon and please let me some advice. Thank you so much !

It looks to me that its a sensor problem.
