Is it worth it to buy used PV

Hi im looking for some solar panel and most of them are very expensive for my budget.
I wonder if i buy used solar panel is it worth it?
im looking for solar panel with 50W up to 100W

If I am buying any PV I take a DVM with me and measure ISC and VOC in bright sunshine, I don't buy on dull days! If those two figures don't approximate the spec I walk away.

is it cheaper and worth it for you? is it not wasting your time to walk around and see for a solar panel like that?

Never a waste of time to make sure your not being ripped off, I always try before I buy! But then I am talking panels of several hundred watts here.
