Matt glass for DIY Solar Panel

I can recommend you someone in Western Australia but the shipping will cost you 20 times the cost of a full commercial panel.

According to your flag you are in Italy. Pick up the phone book and look for a company that fixes broken windows (you know, those clear things made out of glass that are everywhere), phone them and ask. If they can't help, ask them to recommend someone who can. Make some calls, talk to some people. You might end up learning about glass and getting some help.

Those cells are expensive over $1.32/watt. I bought complete 60 cell 265W panels recently for ~$130 (~$0.5/watt). Like you over the years have thought about constructing my own but found the materials expensive and recently the price of panels has dropped so dramatically it's no longer worth it. Just remember to avoid the recreational 12/24V panels as they are expensive.
