Advance PG59

Hello!

I have bought an Advance pulse generator PG59 which was made in UK. It was cheap because only one channel worked. Few days ago I took it apart and started looking for an error.

Fault was located at third module and I swapped every single transistor from channel B to A with no luck. Channel B is still operational and the other unfortunately not. Wires and voltages were checked, output signal at A is affected by changing offset but without modulation.

Therefore a problem is in diodes or in resistors ? Capacitors (6) were checked.

I have paid on some site for repair manuals but after a month I got refunded as they were not able to find one.

Does anybody have any suggestions ?

Thanks for the post, as this is an interesting unit.
I wish I could help, as I too have been looking for any documentation for this unit.
Have you had any luck with manuals ?
