Agilent N5747 Power Supply OUP Error

Hi Guys!
I scored an Agilent N5747 power supply (60V / 12.5A ) .

It shows direct on startup "OUP" on the Display and Protect ist flashing. The local sense wires at the back are connected.
Measured 0 to 5 Volts varying at the Output with DMM.

The pcb's are in good physical condition. Nothing burned to see.

I refered to the manual. OUP is normally active when the OVP-Protection is triggered.
But OVP is set to the Maximum (66V).

It looks like there are no service manuals or schematics available. The original design is from TDK-Lambda (Genesys Series).

Could it be that the calibration is missing? Anny other suggestions?
