I Have one osc like you . But can runing user cal allway fail , and when mearsurement frequency wong.

Sigen 100Hz ==> OSC Display 150Hz
Sigen 1Khz ==> OSC Display 1.5KHz
Sigen 1MHz ==> OSC Display 1.5MHz
Sigen 10MHz ==> OSC Display 10.5MHz

It's allway multiple 1.5  |O

I dont know way to check and fix ...

I Have one HP 54622D but oldest version ( square button in control pannel ) . I buy from one company bankrupt and missing Logic Probe !

Can you help me research pinout and Can i diy Logic probe from IDE cable ?
