Anritsu 68000 69000 generator series hack/repair

Does anybody here have some schematics of these generators? Or does anybody know where can I get one A17 card for these generators ?
I have one generator with the A17 missing. It is the CPU board which also contains the operating system and calibration data. I am thinking that if I cannot get a board I could make a controller to replace it.
