ASUS Zenpad C170CG Reboot Continuously and Won't Enter Recovery Mode

Hi,
I got a problem with my asus c170cg
when i charge the tablet it goes to reboot again and again
unfortunately the recovery mode also doesn't work, after i press power+volup button it remain still displaying android icon for long time
there was a condition that the screen remain still displaying boot icon (ASUS .Insearch of Incredible)

can anyone help?

before i got this problem i was open the back case (tablet) to repair my micro sim slot card which not dectect my sim card
