Beha Telaris 0100 plus

Hi All

I have a multi function meter (the type you use to test domestic wiring etc.) Unfortunately it has become unreliable. I would like to have a go at fixing it but all I have is the user manual. Does anyone have a schematic and/or the service manual for it. The details are;
