Benq BL2710PT, need some help with identification of IC

Yesterday thunderbolt blew up PSU in my BL2710PT monitor. I'm going to have it fixed in some service, because my knowledge is limited by replacing broken capacitors/fuses/transistors. But I just want to make it easier for serviceman to identify that IC, if it's hard task. I don't think that they have expirience in fixing such monitor. Maybe some of you could help me with identifying that IC. I'm attaching photos of internal power supply PCB, and blown up IC. I found one small piece of it, but still it's not enough to see full name and google it.
The rest of components don't look special, so probably it won't be hard to change them. Feel free to ask for any additional info/photos.

Yep, it's TEA1751T, Yesterday I wrote letter to official techsupport of Benq in russia, and they answered to me with very informative answer and said that it's TEA1751T, and additionally gave couple of PDF files with scheme of monitor PCB's.
Did not think they can answer like this. Theme can be closed now, I suppose.

Benq's reputation just increased a few points for me... usually only something companies like "old" HP would do
