BK Precision 9185 diagram wanted.

PSU does not switch off output (on off mode there's about 230V, about the same as supply), when ON it produces about 200V higher voltage than expected and shows "System error" message.
Anyone has diagram of this PSU (at mainly it's high-voltage/output part)?
