I recently got a wireless headphone from bluetooth. This meant i had to get a Bluetooth USB dongle. This is the equipment. Simple right?
Well the trouble is, i think the headphones are have range or connection issues. When the dongle finds the headphones, the sound doesn't come through unless the side of the headphones that detects the signal is pointed at it, no matter how far the headphones are. But if the headphones are turned to the other side, no matter how close it it, the headphones can't detect the sound.
Another clue is when i put something in front of the dongle, the sound cuts out on the headphones (sometimes the audio aka my music has to skip to catch up) and when i jiggle the dongle around the sound starts to come clear from some angles, but as soon as i release the pressure, the sounds gone.
Any idea which appliance is the faulty one, what's the problem and why?
Cheers
