Broken MG882K-1WHD camera
« on: August 28, 2016, 05:52:46 pm »
Hello :)

I'm trying to repair a MG882K-1WHD camera, i don't know what happened to it but it won't turn on. It seems to work with the external input. I measured some voltages and I discovered a shorted SOT-23 device that has "1350" written to it. The camera powers up when i short 2 pins on it. I can't find "1350" in any SMD code lists. Anyone who knows what it can be?

A clear focused picture and its surrounding components may give us a clue?

That would appear to be a P-Channel MOSFET.
