Circuit diagrams for HP 54602B oscilloscope?

I'm looking for circuit diagrams for HP 54602B oscilloscope (or other of 5600 series), can anybody help?

Agilent/Keysight have only released a Component Level Information Package (CLIP) for the 54600A/54601A oscilloscopes. It may still prove useful, because some of the circuitry in other 54600 series oscilloscopes is similar. You can download the package from Keysight's web site:

If you can't find what you're looking for (e.g. there's no schematic for the power supply in the CLIP) then describing the fault here, might find a solution from a forum member who has already dealt with the same problem.
