Hi,

I've got a remote control for repair, a SOT23-5 component has been physically broken off the PCB and the pins damaged beyond repair. Under the microscope I can see the markings "162Z". I've been googling for ages but I can find no reference for this marking code.
Tracing  the circuit I'm fairly sure its a voltage regulator feeding a MSP430F149. I could just whack in any old 3.3V regulator and see but I'd like to know the specific voltage and type of this regulator.

Does anyone have any ideas ?

Likely to be a G916T1UF (datasheet here)

If the surrounding circuitry contains an inductor, it might be R1223N332A buck regulator.
