DELL AS501 Soundbar - Make scratching noise

Hello,
I have three DELL AS501 Soundbars but the one when it is connected to the PC makes a scratching noise (especially when the volume of the soundbar is at the maximum), without the present of any song. The other two soundbars don't do this. Does anyone guide me about how to repair this problem? Thanks in advance.

A suggestion is to remove the glue from the board, without damaging any components under it, and clean the board with alcohol to remove the residue. Very likely the glue is becoming conductive, like the recent repair of Dave with the conductive corrosive glue in a similar type of powered speakers.
