Finding a repacement Mostek MK5007N for a HP 3465B

I acquired an old HP 3465B Digital multimeter. The current MK5007N is clearly blown and needs a new one. The date code clearly says it was made in 1977. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions where i can get this?
