Fluke 12 Multimeter Help

Hi All,

New to this site,so forgive me if I am doing this incorrectly. 
Ok, so I purchased a Fuke 12 multimeter from a car booty (knowing it didnt work) but the price was right and I thought what the heck.  However, I  am not the first person to open it up and it is missing a couple of parts (for a start).  I have attached a picture and circled the missing parts and I wondered if anyone could let me know the value of the resistor as well as the value of the pot and what the pot is set to (i know they will all be different, but it will give me an idea where to start.  Also does anyone know where i can buy a schematic or any repair guides to this meter if so could you email me the details please.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I haven't checked the service manual myself, but I measured the pot at 8.5kOhm.

If you end up having trouble with some of the buttons not working, which is common on the Fluke 12, you might also want to check the elastomeric strip that connects the keypad to the PCB. They do wear out over time, don't make decent contact anymore. I just added a bit of solder to the pads, easier than getting a new strip. Might also help to clean the button contacts.

How were you measuring that, from where to where?

For what its worth the VR4 on mine is set to a similar physical position but I'm not going to mess with it as I don't have any sort of DC source to use as a reference to calibrate it again.
