Fluke 177 Meter Dead

Sir,
My Fluke 177 is not display nothing. It suddenly happen. Battery is good.
There is a chip name LT511 24351.. any datasheet of this chip? I think the problem with this chip.

and any link to purchase a new chip from ebay or some other site?

Q1) When you turn on the meter to DCV, does it show anything on the lcd?    Does it show 0.000 or nothing on the lcd?

Q2) Did you try a fresh new battery?

Q3) Can you post clear focused pictures of your pcb? both sides please.

Q4) If you hookup the 177 to a DC power supply, how much current does it draw?

Happened suddenly? Under what conditions? Did you just blow a fuse?

Did you just blow a fuse?
The fuse in Fluke handheld multimeters only protect the current ranges.  A bad fuse is likely not the problem here.
