Fluke 19x scopemeter channel problems

Hi,

there seems to be a lot of these 19x scopemeters with broken input channels. Either one or both of the channels are bad... Is it the ASIC or what goes bad? I guess they are not easy to repair since there is no information available or at least it's hidden well.
