My friend and I both recently acquired Fluke 5440B calibrators. Mine is the straight "B" model and his is the "B/AF." On a cold start, mine starts out about 40 ppm low (at 10V) and stabilizes to 10V in 30 minutes. His starts out about 500 ppm low and stabilizes in about an hour. Why the difference? Anyone out there with a 5440B care to share their warm-up experience?
