Fluke 99B Scopemeter Series II - Problem with FlukeView and download of Screens

Yes I know. A very old product and old Softwareversion but maybe someone had the same problem and has a hint for me.

I have a Fluke 99B Scopemeter Series II 100MHz. I managed to install FlukeView 3 on different virtual machines WindowsXP SP2 and Windows 7 32Bit. I use the RS232-Interface with an RS232 to USB Bridge. All drives are installed and working fine. I can connect to the good old baby and do all things (show online measuremt values, load curves and saved data...) except a download of a screen. On every install (32Bit WindowsXP or Windows 7 under VirtualBox or VMWare Fusion on a PC or my Mac) I have the exact same problem when I want to download a Screen. The transfer starts and runs till 18% and then I get a connection error.

Maybe someone had the same problem and found a solution.
