Fluke I2000 FLEX part lists or schematic ?

Hello,

I am trying to fix a non-working Flue i2000 Flex.
The power led blinks and never stays on and it doesn't read anything.

I opened it and checked battery leads everything is ok.
I am suspecting three tiny capacitors, but they are surface mounted and I don't know what should be the correct readings.

Has anybody got a schematic or part list ?

I am suspecting C6, C16 and C7.

Nice design, not very complicated. What are the ICs on the board?
It should be possible to find the defect using only info from datasheets.
While waiting for schematic or service manual you can share info about ICs and get feedback from the readers here.
