Fluke T5-600

Hello; I possess a current clamp Fluke T5-600 whose batteries were cast. Opening it, I found that a voltage regulator SMD 5 feet was completely oxidized and not identifiable to its code ... Someone not you it's features ???? Thank you in advance for your help! (I attached photos)
