Frozen DS1054Z on startup

The other day I switched my DS1054Z on and it copletely froze on startup. The front panel didn`t work at all, but the scope itself was working with the Ultra Sigma software.
Thats also was what I used to push the scope out of that frozen mode to first do a factory reset and then a firmware update. After that, it seems to work fine again. All I did was to click random buttons on the Ultra Sigma software and it worked again briefly. Switching channels and doing Autoset seemd to do bring the frontpanel back.
Without that, no factory reset whatsoever worked.
Maybe this helps somebody else, who has the same problem as I do and nothing else works.
