Good Will GFG-8020G Funcion Generator Transistors
« on: June 25, 2015, 12:31:35 pm »
Hello I'm new to the Forum.

I have a question about a function generator I recently bought from somebody.
It's about a Good Will Instruments GFG-8020G
.

I need new transistors (TO-39 Package) for Q506 and Q507 and have no clue which types I need, because there was paint or goo on them.
When I tried to scrape it off I managed to also scrape the numbers and letters off |O .

The only thing left visible, was on Transistor Q506 that has the Motorola M and under that the first two Letters 2N... with direct under that the first two lettersK8....
On Transistor Q507 I could barely see something that looks like the letter K on the bottom line.

I hope there is somebody who can help.Included a Picture.

Thanks
