Help drivers Tektronix TDS5000 (NO B) for Windows 2000.

I try to replace the motherboard on a chip 810. Installed the Intel G865GLC board gave a PCI IRQ routed error 02:0f:00 . I took another motherboard Gigabyte GA-8IG1000MK , the error disappeared. Now it's problematic with the drivers of the Tektronix interface Windows 2000. The front panel was installed using the 5054B .The front panel installed . Drivers PowerPC from 5054B not work . Now I'm looking for a driver board PowerPC from TDS5000 (not B) . Please , if anyone has a TDS5054 (not B) Windows 2000 copy these drivers to me .
