Help identifying these components
« on: July 13, 2016, 11:49:26 pm »
Hi Guys. I have three bad components on a board I am working on. I believe that they are all mosfets because they drive small brushed motors. I tried googling almost every combination but no luck. Please take a look at the picture and if anyone can help me out I surely appreciated it.

Thanks for any help.

Maybe

?

They are all probably intended to be the same. Looks like the board has been reworked before.
