Help me identify this diode

As title says. See photo below in attachment. Marking on diode is 47-10L

Is it a 10V zener?

I accidentally blew it up while debugging....

Looks like a 47uf 10v tantalum capacitor to me.

Better to ask the question than put a zener diode in there and blow something up.
