Help me repair Hakko Fx-888D

Hi everybody

I have 2 solder station Hakko Fx888.

 One have reset when power on , Led 7 seg display profile 250'C - 888 - and restart loop again

One have not display, resistor 120R to hot, and i checking board have SOT-89 regulartor with marking 9C113 ( i searching on internet dont found any information , and i thing it's 5V regulartor like 7805 - Provide 5V VCC digital for MCU ).
I thing regulartor shot make resistor 120R to hot
