Hello folks
Today I'm trying to repair a board that burns a MOSFET and a chip that i'm not able to identify properly. The circuit controls two mosfets to drive a solenoid. Somehow the MOSFET Q1 gets shorted, the resistor R52 is burned has expected since there was a direct short for a long time and the chip U10 also gets damage. My problem is to identify the chip U10. It appears to be a texas Intruments part but I cannot find any info with just HB04. Could this be a 7404 chip?
From my circuit analyses it could act like a buffer to simply invert the control signal to drive the mosfet.I'm also not able to identify the mosfet Q1 with reference DAQX.
The mosfet must handle 24V to move the solenoid and I think it could be a N channel. The voltage at gate appears to be 5V to turn on the mosfet since the VCC of the chip U10 is also 5V.
Does anybody can help me identifying this parts?
Thanks for your time
