HP Laptop TPN-C125 15-ac181no - does anyone have a schematic please?

Hi guys
This laptop is dead - 19V is present from the power supply but there is a dead short to ground on whichever voltage rail has +ve of electrolytic cap PC78 and Drain of PQ206

Does anyone have a link for a schematic diagram please?

I think the last digits of 15-ac181no just refer to this model having a norwegian keyboard and are not relevant but googling 15-ac181 isn't helping me
