HP/Agilent 34401A eeprom checksums

In the 34401a-eeprom are the calibration data (and the calibration string) stored.

I´m now able to "decompile" the calibration string, but not the checksum.

Does anybody have one of the checksum calculation of
- Cal checksum
- secure state Cal checksum
- string data Cal checksum
- DCV corrections Cal checksum
- DCI corrections Cal checksum
- RES corrections Cal checksum
- FRES corrections Cal checksum
- AC corrections Cal checksum
- GPIB address Cal checksum ?
