Does anyone know where I can find information on a power board type ILPI-176 REV:A with a part number of 493011400100R.
I can find lots of adverts to purchase replacements (from China) but can not find any schematics.
As always your help will be much appreciated.

Unlikely you will find schematics, however identify the SMPS controller and get datasheet/s and likely you will find a very similar "typical application" schematic attached.
Different manufacturers of the same device might have differing applications, so take your time to have a good hunt.
Trouble shooting SMPS can be tricky, search the forum for hits.
A trick that many use is to power the controller chip with an external supply to ensure start up.
Be careful and do your homework.
Even Google searches for the "(device) application or circuit" could well produce results.
