not if you know the actual voltage on the board.

the poly replacements are still rated much higher than the board is running.

While that's true, that's one of those cases where I'd say if you have to ask if it's ok, it probably isn't.

It's rare that excessively high rated capacitors are used in anything because they cost more.

well in this case, none of those 4 caps see more than 2.5v across them!!

That's odd, I wonder if they had a big surplus of capacitors they wanted to use up?

there are rumors that some (all) of the caps on GCLF boards are fakes - who knows.
they are a problem though.
