Keithley 2000
« on: March 21, 2016, 11:07:43 am »

I'm trying to repair a K2000, fault 600.1, 600.2, 601.1, 601.2. I have replaced all the transistors marked with 6G mmbf4393 but I find with 3 transistors 132 marked:
2 transistors, pins 2 and 3 in short and third transistor Pins 2 and 3 not short.
Like, you can be a double diode NXP.
Someone help me with device 132.

Tell us what problem you want to solve, not what solution you're having problems with

I cleaned device 132, now 3 same measures. Become welded in place.
Surprise all bugs fixed 60X.X. 6G also replaced all transistor.
30X.X. errors appear
Before they were not. You can mistake buffer masked by Q109, Q106, Q105 ...
