hello all and thanks in advance if you can help (or if you cannot)
our tv appears to be stuck in a color test mode. comes on normally then cycles through all colors of the rainbow. none of the buttons work. have tried various combinations of button pushing found online but so far none have been effective. sure wont be sending it to a repair shop as it would cost the same as buying a new one but would rather not add it to a landfill. I dont know if this has anything to do with anything but the standby button on the tv itself seems to be recessed ...dont know if it always was or not.
