LCD Backlight IC

Hello I repairing a Flir b60, the lcd backlight is not working I have checked voltages to the IC/Driver. The flat flex is fine tested good, I have traced the following error to this IC/Driver, I know its part of the led driver but I don't know who makes it if anyone can identify this part I appreciate you help.

Supertex chip, apparently they were acquired by microchip.  I couldn't find a datasheet from a 'nice' site, the copy from mouser gave an error
