I'm having a hard time finding any info on this LCD.

Any information on this device greatly appreciated.

Looks like a standard 2x16 HD44780 compatible LCD, manufactured by EDT in 2001.

The difference in partname are most likely a different backlight, viewing angle or other minor details.
