Leader LSG 221B signal Generator Help Needed

About a year ago I picked up this Leader LSG 221B for cheap. I know the person I bought it from he said "it works but it has this problem"..

Well it does have a problem excessive phase noise on the carrier.
I have an idea what is going on but need a manual or at least a schematic. I have looked on the net but haven't seen one. I am hoping someone has one stuck back somewhere and ether has a copy or wants to part with it.

Send a request for service manual and schematics to Leader directly. I was lucky before that way but with an older instrument.
