LG W2240 vertical line

Hi everybody,
i want to ask if somebody can tell me what causes a cyan vertical line on this LG W2240 screen. Could it be in T-CON or a defective panel? I use this monitor as an extension for my microscope so the line is not a big issue, but if it can be fixed it would be better. I discovered that on full white color the line dissapears. (I am dealing with this kind of problem for the first time. My personal guess it that this is an internal break in panel. Am i right?) Photo of it is in attachment.

the most likely suspect is the flat flex ,that connects the glass of the screen with the electronics . you can press the flat flex to the board while is working and see if the line disappears .
