Looking for EG&G 5208 service manual

Hi

I'm searching for the EG&G 5207 / EG&G 5208 Lock-in Analyzer service manual.
EG&G 5205 / EG&G 5206 might help as well since the models seem to be simillar.

So far I was "only" able to dig up the operating and programing manual as well as some bearly readable schematics.
