Looking for help with a GOS-6112
« on: February 15, 2017, 04:36:33 pm »
I just got this oscilloscope from eBay. My first ever I'm working on getting into arcade PCB repair or at least keep my arcade games working.

But now my problem is I was trying to test it out and now channel one is off the screen and can't bring it down.

And I can't move the scope back to the left so it's really small to the left. (Channel two)

Is there some adjustment inside or is this scope junk? At least I can kinda use it.

Here's a full view of the front. When I turn Horizontal position knob it just beeps at me.

Any help would be great thanks.

Hi JDarcade

GOS all seri don't public service manual , only public user guide and Block Diagram. You can see OSC like old model off iwatsu , have MCU to process digital function like readout and measurement VOL and Time.

You cant isolate function and check . But allway check PSU first , OSC model like have 2 PSU , one LV and HV for CRT tube. Becarefuly High Voltage.
