Looking for source of Samsung TV service manuals

The usual... I'd like to find schematics at a minimum, a parts list is always nice, and some test point info (voltages, waveforms, whatever) is icing on the cake.  Thanks for anything you can point me to.

I just generally like to have service info for things I own.  The B2230HD currently has a backlight problem.  Nothing at all wrong with the LN46C650L1F.  Thanks.
