Hello everyone! I'm looking to identify this smd component, I think it's a diode. Its case is either SOD123 or SOD523. Marking: F25 (see attached photo). Can someone help me? Thank you very much!

Yes it's a diode.
Maybe an ultra fast recovery diode.
Can you show the part of the circuit where this diode is?

Hello; the component is next to the varistors in blue. It is a FLUKE 83V.
