Memory card for Injection machine

Has anyone ever come across one of these type CF? memory cards? I've literally searched the planet and found nothing.
It is form a 8+ yr old Nissei Injection moulder that I'm fixing. Even their supplier can't get them any more. I can't believe they're custom made!?
They're slightly larger than a PCMCIA card and wafer thin. I'm guessing only 16-64MB in size

maybe the trick is not being too nitpick about particular feature or the name of it. if i have to i will key in the weight or dimension of that thing if i have the info in google foo no matter how silly the keyword is... lucky i counted the pins number and i saw some pictures later on
