Microlab H-200 audio amplifer no sound (play sound when switching off)

My speakers have recently gone bad.
The amplifier can be turned on but no sound coming out even with input playing.
The weird thing is when I switch it off, the speakers would play the sound for a split second and decay.

Anybody has any advice on where to look for for this kind of problem?

It can be bad amplifier, capacitor are worn off, etc.  If you don't mind, might I asking how long do you have those?  Any more detail?
