"doesn't look" may not be good enough, they could still be fried internally. Diode test them for shorts. The transistors look like the only thing high enough power to blow up that large resistor without blowing themselves up.

What is that component on the transistor and diode rack third from the bottom right with 5 leads?

Glad it worked,  what a complicated way to add multiple heat dissipators,  why they did not use an plain single one ?  tons of manufacturing processes and costs ?  and they snap onto the transistors  pfffff
