Dremel MSP430F2012 mixed signal muc LVC Bypass

I was thinking of using my old Dremel as PWM controller for 775 motor.

The thing powers up but there are two wires white and green that senses cell voltage for LVC that had 18650 cells and am not sure how to  bypass it since the power source is no more a cell. The pcb has this MUC

I would appreciate if somebody could help me by pass the LVC.
